National Personal Chef’s Day – July 16

NATIONAL PERSONAL CHEF DAY

Each year on July 16th, National Personal Chef Day is observed.  This day is celebrated by many people across the United States honoring personal chefs.  We want to thank them for the delicious dishes they prepare, their hard work preparing meals for households, seniors, and many other settings.

A personal chef is described as a chef hired to prepare meals in clients’ home kitchens, based on the client’s needs and preferences.  A personal chef may also prepare dinner parties and other special events.

A personal chef differs from a private chef in that the private chef is employed exclusively by one client and may even live in the clients home.

National Personal Chef Day is celebrated by some in February of each year.
